1. License Grant

When you purchase Business Ledger, MCMLV1 LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

Install the software on the number of computers specified by your license tier
Use the software for your business operations
Create backup copies for archival purposes

2. License Tiers

Evaluation (Free): Limited to 50 customers, not for production use
Standard ($799): Up to 500 customers, 1 computer, email support
Professional ($1,299): Up to 10,000 customers, 1 computer, priority support, Mobile Companion app included
Enterprise ($2,499): Unlimited customers, up to 3 computers, same-day support, Mobile Companion app included

3. Mobile Companion App

The Mobile Companion app for Android is included with Professional and Enterprise licenses only. Standard license holders may upgrade to Professional to access the mobile app. The mobile app:

Is licensed for use by the same business entity as the desktop license
May be installed on multiple Android devices owned by the business
Requires the licensed desktop software to function (syncs via USB)

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute the software
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Rent, lease, or lend the software to third parties
Transfer your license to another party without written permission
Use the software for illegal purposes
Share your license key publicly or with unlicensed parties

5. Delivery

After payment, you will receive your license key and download links by email. Typical delivery time is within 2 hours during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM EST, Monday-Friday). Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Professional and Enterprise purchases include both desktop and mobile app download links.

6. Updates

Your license includes free updates within the same major version (v2.x). Major version upgrades (v3.0+) may require a separate purchase at a discounted upgrade price.

7. Support

Standard licenses: Email support with 48-hour response time
Professional licenses: Priority email support with 24-hour response time
Enterprise licenses: Priority email support with same-day response time

8. Data Ownership

All data you enter into Business Ledger (desktop or mobile) remains your property. The software stores data locally on your devices. MCMLV1 LLC does not collect, access, store, or transmit your business data.

9. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MCMLV1 LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MCMLV1 LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE LICENSE.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
