            Our goal: We want you to be satisfied with Business Ledger. That's why we offer a free Evaluation version — try before you buy.
        

Try Before You Buy

We strongly recommend using the free Evaluation version before purchasing. The Evaluation version includes full functionality (limited to 50 customers) so you can verify the software meets your needs.

14-Day Refund Window

If you purchase Business Ledger and find it doesn't meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided:

You have not used the software extensively (more than 100 transactions entered)
You can describe the specific issue or unmet need
You agree to uninstall the software and delete all copies

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

Your name and email used for purchase
Order date and license key
Reason for refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Professional Services: Setup, Training, Data Migration, On-Site Installation (once work has begun)
Business-in-a-Box: Hardware and service bundles (unless hardware is defective)
Purchases over 14 days old
Licenses where the key has been shared with others

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us for a refund, your license will be immediately revoked. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of fraudulent chargebacks.

License Revocation

Upon refund approval, your license key will be deactivated. You must uninstall the software from all computers.
